Phuket will amaze you!

Thailand has so much to offer, Phuket is an ideal place to start. Nestled off the coast of Southern Thailand, Phuket has been a popular destination for many years. Our villas provide a luxurious, exclusive and comfortable place to stay on the most beautiful and sought after part of Phuket.

The Phuket Beachfront Villas is located literally on the beach in Cape Panwa, the southern part of Phuket and is arguably the most peaceful and exclusive area of Phuket. The setting is extraordinarily tranquil, having immediate access to the quiet beach and the awesome views are the main features of these villas. It

overlooks the charming Panwa bay where the typical Thai 'long-tail' boats carry out their daily work. The adjoining beach is soft sand and the water is very warm.

Due to its location there are many water activities to be enjoyed such as swimming, scuba-diving, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and pleasure boating. There are also many other beaches that are close by like Naiharn beach (35 mins by car) or Rawai beach (35 mins by car) where it is possible to rent a long tail boat to one of the more secluded beaches or smaller islands close to the southern tip of Phuket.

For those who prefer golf, there are 3 main golf courses within a 30 minute drive: Lochpalm Golf Club, Banyan Tree Golf Club, the Blue Canyon Golf Club and Mission Hills Golf Club; all are of a very high standard. Or some might seek to unwind with a spa treatment, there are abandon of therapeutic spa choices for you to choose from.

Cape Panwa is a totally unspoilt area of natural beauty in Phuket. It doesn't have the Go-Go bars and noise of the West coast resorts however, these are easily accessible. Panwa has ocean vistas from the East to the West, passing through South - Phi Phi Islands (the movie "The Beach" was shot in Maya Bay on Phi Phi Ley) are an hour away by boat and over 20 other tropical islands are also close by; a paradise for divers and snorkellers.

The local restaurants here are fantastic, especially those that specialize in seafood and create some wonderful traditional Thai dishes. Phuket Town is just ten minutes away and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shopping. Phuket Town is an authentic Asian capital - a refreshing change from the 'tourist' towns such as Patong Beach (30 mins by car). Panwa offers the perfect family location for those wishing to relax but still enjoy nightlife.

The climate is always warm here (about 30 deg C) and October tends to be the wettest month with the rain falling heavily but briefly. Other months tend to be dry with occasional showers, usually at night.

There is an abundance of wildlife on Phuket and nature-lovers will enjoy the birds and reptiles.

Getting here

Please check for visa requirements before you travel.

Check http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2637.php for details on visa requirement.

Many charter airlines now offer direct flights from the many countries in Europe to Phuket International Airport (HKT). You can also fly direct from Australia (Sydney) to Phuket on Jetstar or via either Singapore, Hong Kong or Kuala Lumpur. Or from Bangkok on Thai Airways or Bangkok Airways – Bangkok is a much larger and more entertaining airport with many connecting flights using budget airlines like Nokair or AirAsia.

Once you arrive into Phuket, we can arrange to have you met at the airport and whisk you off to your villa, which is about 40 minutes by air-conditioned car. We do provide an airport transfer service using our 12 seaters luxury minibus, equipped with 17 inch TV and CD/DVD player, it's available at a reasonable rate. Alternatively, you can take an airport limousine (taxi) which will cost you around 700 Thai Baht. Or we can arrange a hire car for you to be collected at the airport and leave a map of how to find the villa. Whichever you choose, it is an easy journey through the hustle and bustle of the busy centre of the island down to the relative calm and peace of the beautiful Cape Panwa.

Getting to the villa from the Phuket International Airport, use a bypass road as if going towards Phuket Aquarium. We are only 5 kms. before the Phuket Aquarium.

Going Out and About

Hiring a vehicle is the best and probably safest way of getting around, driving is on the left and generally it is best to drive patiently and with a keen eye for the hundreds of motor bikes that will be weaving in and out of the traffic. Taxis are quite cheap compared with most other countries for getting around if you do not want to hire a car and can pretty much be found anywhere. Do a deal – bargaining is part of the culture! The local ‘tuk tuks’ can be expensive and will pester you mercilessly in the bigger tourist areas but are a slow, atmospheric way to cover short distances.

Local activities golf, swimming, snorkeling, diving, walking, sailing, fishing, boating, canoeing, wind-surfing, cable ski, wake boarding, white-water rafting, bungee jumping, mountain biking, elephant trekking, ECO-jungle adventure, Thai cooking courses, paintball, ATV biking, bowling, kickboxing, shopping and many more activities!!!
