Notes to the rental rates
There are no weekend tariffs.
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
DISCOUNTS (only one of these applies and is only effective when the booking meets the minimum stay requirement):
Late Booking discount: 7.5% if you book within 7 days of arrival.
Early Bird discount: 7.5% if you book more than 270 days before arrival (not valid during "Holiday Peak" or, during 'Special Deal' period)
Long-Stay discount: 10% if you stay for 14 nights or more (not valid during "Holiday Peak or, during 'Special Deal' period")
A further single camp-bed may be added at a cost of $15 per night.
A baby cot and high chair are available at a cost of $15 per night.

RENTAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Rental Payment Conditions;
A 25% deposit required to secure a booking by bank transfer (non refundable). The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation or failure to pay on time.
The remaining 75% to be paid 8 weeks in advance of check-in date by bank transfer.
For booking made within 8 weeks of arrival, payment is required in full.
A booking during 'Holiday Peak', a 55% deposit required to secure a booking by bank transfer. The remaining 45% to be paid 12 weeks in advance of check-in date by bank transfer.
A security deposit of $300 must be paid IN CASH upon arrival to cover any damage to the villa. It can be paid in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, or Euros (of equivalent amount to $300). The security deposit will then be reimbursed at the end of the rental period upon verification of the villa in the same currency.
Check in is at 14:00PM on day of arrival and check out is 12:00PM. on day of departure. (Early arrival or late check-out will be considered depending on availability, please verify with us in advance)
Complimentary welcome pack including bread, butter, jam, milk, drinking water, cereals, instant tea/coffee/hot chocolate and fruit basket upon arrival.
Daily maid cleaning service is available from 9am to 4pm (Except Sunday).
If there’s any additional charges agreed, ie. a campbed to be installed. These charges are to be paid prior of check-in date by bank transfer, unless agreed in advance.
Cancellation Conditions;
In order to make a cancellation on your booking, we require a written notification to be sent to us via email.
If cancellation is received more than 7 weeks before holiday starts, all of monies received in excess of the 25% deposit (non refundable) will be refunded.
If cancellation is received between 7 and 4 weeks, 50% of the monies will be refunded.
If a cancellation is received less than 4 weeks, no monies will be refunded.
The security deposit of $US300 must be paid in cash upon arrival in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, or Euros, the security deposit will then be refunded at the end of the rental period in the same currency.
