Charter Payment Conditions and Cancellation Policy |
|
|
|
|

A 50% deposit required to secure a booking by cash or bank transfer (non refundable). The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation or failure to pay on time.

The remaining balance to be at least 24 hours prior to a charter trip starts.

For booking made within 24 hours of arrival, payment is required in full.

50% of the charter rate paid will be charged for cancellation made after 4PM. on the day before the charter.
-
100% of the charter rate paid will be charged for cancellation made on the day of the charter.

No refunds for the trip or part of the trip will be made if the passengers decide to cut the trip short.

The deposit will be refunded in the event that the trip is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions that the Captain considers could place the passengers at risk. If cancellation is made after the meals have been prepared and transportation has been used, 10% of the deposit will not be refunded.
