Villa Boda (A2) is situated on the lowest level, by the secluded beach and pool. It is suitable for families with younger children who can play outside whilst being overseen or those couple who seek the romantic time by the beachfront. The pool can be easily accessed via a front-gate at the living room balcony and so you can walk just 7 steps from your living room into the infinity pool and onwards to the beach.

The villa is a 3-bedroom villa that sleeps 6 people as standard. The 7th guest can be accommodated by adding a camp-bed or a baby cot for an infant. It also features an office/chill-out room with an office desk, wheeled leather chair, couch, free wireless internet connection and a free usage of Sony Playstation PS3 (upon request). Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, full air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The Master Suite overlooks the beach and pool, is sumptuously decorated and has a rather decadent bathroom and a bath from which you can soak-up the views. Bedroom 2 and 3 are also spacious, overlook the beach, pool and sea/mountain views. Each room has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

The western kitchen is fully equipped with trendy cooking amenities and utensils, an electric kettle, toaster, eclectic stoves, oven and microwave which provide you with the taste of comforts in your home. Flooring is in white marble and the work-tops are black granite offer a clean cooking environment. It also has crockery, cutlery, tumblers, and wine glasses, coffee cups with saucers for 8 persons, along with special children's plates and utensils.

The living room, office/chill-out room and dining room open onto the patio and which in turn open onto the infinity pool and beach offering a free breeze from the sea to flow right through the place creating a uniquely breezy beachfront ambience.

Notes to the rental rates

There are no weekend tariffs.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

DISCOUNTS (only one of these applies and is only effective when the booking meets the minimum stay requirement):

Late Booking discount: 5% if you book within 7 days of arrival.

Early Bird discount: 5% if you book more than 120 days before arrival (not valid during "Holiday Peak, Spring Offer or, during 'Special Deal' period")

Long-Stay discount: 7.5% if you stay for 15 nights or more (not valid during "Holiday Peak, Spring Offer or, during 'Special Deal' period")

A further single camp-bed may be added at a cost of EUR11 per night.

An infant's cot and high chair are available at a cost of EUR6 per night.

Free one-way (arrival) airport transfer (Phuket International Airport) if you book for 5 nights or more

i) Non 'Holiday Peak' time - a 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining 75% to be paid 8 weeks before holiday starts. If cancellation is received:
More than 7 weeks before holiday starts, 65% of monies received will be refunded.
Between 7 and 4 weeks, 25% of monies received will be refunded.
If less than 4 weeks, no monies will be refunded.
ii) For 'Holiday Peak' bookings - a 55% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining 45% to be paid 15 weeks before holiday starts. If cancellation is received:
More than 15 weeks before holiday starts, 45% of monies received will be refunded.
Between 15 and 9 weeks, 20% of monies received will be refunded.
If less than 9 weeks, no monies will be refunded.

The security deposit of EUR300 must be paid in cash upon arrival in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, or Euros, the security deposit will then be refunded at the end of the rental period in the same currency.
